After waiting for several minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff (a simple "I'll be right with you" would have been fine), I felt unwelcome and chose to leave. First impressions are everything, and unfortunately, this experience suggested the service would not be a priority. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.
