- MRMary Rodriguez-Watley4 days ago5.0All the personnel were very professional . Juan came to give me an estimate. He gave me recommendations where I should the the indoor and outdoor units and why. He answered all my concerns. The following day I was given a cost for the mini split and labor. I accepted it and the installation was done two days later. Isaiah and Juan arrived at the time scheduled. The installation was done at a reasonable time. They explained what was done and how the mini split unit works and how to take care of it. All in all they were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Starrett's Heating and Air .
