Do not purchase any mobile home here because you will be paying a lot of lot rent. Plus after you purchase they don’t do anything for you.

I was going to book a tour to buy a home here, but cancelled because of $1,000+ lot rent. I almost bought the house just to relocate it.

Your dollar tree gate system isn't working you owe me 40 min of my life. Tell all your ignorant tenants to have some patience because your community can't afford a real system.
