  I don't know why I keep coming here every time I come here- they have messed up my order.And I hate the casino tax-, even though they're like 1/4 a mile away from the casino, they're still a casino, because I guess they're connected to the silverton... This is why tourism is down..ripping people off

  I love the look of this location, especially the architecture and outdoor seating. Very nostalgic. It's wonderful for chatting over coffee when the weather is nice!

  VERY disappointing experience here. I got a hot matcha latte and it was BOILING hot! I called and spoke with Melissa about the issue and she couldn’t care less and was dismissive. She didn’t offer any alternative other than “I’m sorry I don’t know what else I can do for you.” For someone like me who loves and drinks matcha daily, I truly regret coming here. Probably the worst Starbucks location ever. Melissa needs to be trained in customer service.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I promised myself I wouldn’t go to this location after I was denied a straw in the drive-thru. Literally refused to give me a straw because the lid had an opening. Same type situation today- was handed my drink in drive-thru, tasted like water and almost completely white. (I usually never ever complain) I walked inside and said politely that my drink tasked off and would you please re-make it. She proceeded to make up every excuse in the book as to why the drink was water. I practically had to beg for her to remake the drink. I don’t care how close and convenient this location is, I will NEVER go back.
