The young guy who says he is the manager makes degrading comments to his coworkers who are older than him and he doesn’t speak respectful or act professionally. He also told me after I asked why he changed my interval from 3,000 miles to 5,000 miles that my car has higher mileage and it doesn’t matter. After that I decided that even though my daily driver car has higher miles… I will not take my nearly new low mileage F150 there anymore. Lastly, Once they didn’t add enough oil and I had to buy and add 1 1/2 quarts because my low oil light came on. The next time I stopped in I mentioned it and they said i probably have an oil leak but I don’t. I change my own brakes etc just don’t change my oil because I don’t want to deal with used oil. I check the underside and engine compartment of my car and it’s dry. The prices also keep going up for a sedan oil change. $68 for it now. I think I’ll go to the new oil change centers across town.
