Star Awards is open for business Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Standard Time.

Our standard turnaround time for orders is between 3 to 5 business days.
Do I have to place a minimum order?
There is no minimum quantity requirement for orders at Star Awards.
Can you ship awards outside of New Braunfels, TX?
Yes, we offer shipping services to all locations within the United States.
Will I receive a proof before my order is finalized?
Proofs are not automatically provided but can be furnished upon client request.
Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
We do not require deposits. For organizations and businesses, we offer Net 30 invoicing terms.
Can I submit my own logo or artwork for engraving?
We accept custom logos and artwork for engraving. Please submit your files in either .pdf or .svg format.
