Adam has done our/my carpets before and always goes above and beyond to do a great job. He even was insistent in telling me to be cautious but guess what...I obviously didn't listen and took a terrible fail going from wet carpet to wood flooring. Totally my fault being careless, so tell his customers to plesse listen to him, he knows what he is talking about.
