The locations and the room were perfectly acceptable. However, the manager at the front desk treated us with utter, and complete disrespect. We had paid for the entire room in full months prior and there was no communication that we were supposed to have a $100 deposit and pay $15 a day for parking. We informed the manager that we would have the $100 deposit the following day around 7pm once we were paid, they allowed us to check-in. At 11 o'clock, we begin receiving multiple phone calls and threats from the manager that we would not be allowed to continue our stay. Mind you, we had paid for the entire stay months prior. The review would be a one star, however, rebecca at the front dwsk was the only one who showed us any sort of kindness, patience, and willingness to help. Rebecca is a phenomenal employee and you should be lucky to have her. After a lot of stress and threats from the manager, we were able to get it taken care of. Even then, they kept disconnecting our room keys each night. Causing more hassle in us having to go to the office every day of our stay. I would highly not recommend this place. You're better off at a motel 6.

Worst experience. Worker at the front desk charged us double upon our arrival for check-in, when we already paid and booked online for the stay. Room smelled like wet rags. Distance was convenient and close to Disney.

I stayed at this property with my family a week ago, and unfortunately the experience was disastrous in several respects. Rooms: cleanliness was simply unacceptable. I even found toenail clippings in a drawer – a detail that alone would ruin any impression. The lack of real windows makes the rooms stuffy, filled with a stale and unbearable odor. Services: the most absurd situation was with the laundry. I was told it worked through an app where I had to load money. After doing so, neither the washer nor the dryer worked. I reported the issue and a staff member came, unable to fix it. Then the receptionist herself tried, but also failed. When I asked for a refund of the money I had loaded, I was told they would consult the manager. The verdict? “You’re on your own.” Unacceptable. Hospitality and professionalism: the staff’s attitude, especially in handling the issue, was rude and unprofessional. In a hotel that calls itself “family friendly,” one would expect attention and solutions, not excuses and shifting responsibility. In summary: neglected property, foul-smelling rooms, nonexistent cleanliness, and non-functional services. The lack of seriousness in customer management is what weighs the most. My advice: avoid this place, there are far better alternatives in Anaheim.
