  Purchased all new Stanek windows based on the warranty and the warranty being transferable if we sold our house. Shortly after installation we started getting water damaging our wood molding on the inside of our house. I called and a service tech came out and told me that they had a problem with there new window design and they did not have proper holes to drain water out of the channels. I asked are they going to replace my new windows since they were only 4 months old? You would think that would be what would have been done. No the service tech went to every window with a screw driver and hammer and punched wholes in my windows. I have to say this is not the kind of company i would have done business with if i would have known. I asked would Stanek send someone out to fix the damage to the wood around the windows inside my home. And was told sure they would after a year of repeated calls and the work was never preformed i was left paying a contractor fix the damage from there windows. I called Stanek with the repair cost and they had changed the name of there company and they were no longer honoring there warranties. Stay away from this company and there warranty means nothing if they are not willing to honor it.

  I had 3 major windows installed, all different sizes and configurations. The windows have been in place for 9 months now and they are great. Our salesman Rick was excellent. He spent all the time with us that we needed, including follow up meetings and phone calls and clearing our window design with city regulations. Frank was precise and professional when he came out to measure, and the installation group did an excellent job. Would hire again if we need new windows.

  Had some service work on several of my windows recently. The service tech (Cory)was really great.On time and took time with me on each window that needed work to be done on. Gave me helpful hint in maintaining them in the future. It is just sad that Stanek does not make windows anymore. .
