  The maintenance gentleman are amazing and very good at everything so far even with the little extra things that could potentially harm someone fixed it on the spot no problem and they are very polite and respectful. I love the team work and respect for one another.

  Overall, my impression of Standard has been a positive one thus far. The application process was a bit difficult due to system issues and there are several steps involved, but the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Samantha was very thorough and professional throughout the entire process and explained everything to me anytime I had questions and confusion. Samantha and Rebecca are very good at displaying empathy and providing exceptional customer service. The apartment home is beautiful and they really add the special finishing touches when you move in that really make you feel welcomed, they even provide a welcome card and included treats for our dog.

  I can’t say enough great things about Standard 441! I really want to highlight the management team and staff because they have made living here absolutely amazing from day one. I’ve lived in quite a few apartment complexes over the past few years, and I have never experienced such a genuine and caring community as the one they’ve built here. It’s so refreshing to see how much they prioritize us as residents and go out of their way to make things as easy and comfortable as possible. You can truly feel that they care, and it makes all the difference. I couldn’t be happier to call this place home!
