  Anyone who has left a hateful review Im sorry. I know this company well enough to say. They deal with many vehicles daily Between AAA as well as local police departments. Just about every towing company does the same. Please be patient. They will get to you ASAP. And always keep in mind. If you act angry, hostile or act in any threatening way. They are a company not the government. They have the right to refuse service. They have always been fair honest and good to my family.

  Just don't. Took them an hour to get to me when I was on the same street as them. Cheap price but they dropped my car off at the garage without informing anyone it was even there. Then put the key in the ignition and left without a word. I lost an entire day of repairs because of their laziness. Never again.
