  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This place is the best in my opinion. Rianna, is a sweet person: she's very helpful,,and if there's any issues she's right on it. She communicates with the tenants and doesn't leave you guessing. The properties are clean and safe places to live. I highly recommend Charles Stallions Real Estate Services. You will not be disappointed.

  I have known Charles for years. Charles is a low cost listing real estate broker that serves that niche market. He is a man of integrity and I feel comfortable referring prospects to him.

  Rianna's communication is exceptional. Any maintenance requests were met with appropriate and timely attention. Their online platform re: notification, scheduling, and auto-pay was seamless. As a renter it was a fantastic experience. If I was looking for a management company for my rental they would be my first choice.

  Terrible response time! We asked prior to putting an application if there were any others and were told no then was told we didn’t get application because owners decided on other applicants, asked if it was our application or something we could work on before submitting another application elsewhere and got no response!!!

  I’ve lived in many apartments, houses and dorms. This establishment was hands down one of the best management companies I’ve had to pleasure of dealing with. Always prompt responses, and they were able to handle anything my wife and I needed and even on short notice. Highly recommend them!
