  Spoke with Doug about getting a few stair lifts from a house, he was helpful and the company was fast and had the check in the mail. Would recommend this place to all.

  I’m not the type of person who typically leaves reviews, but in this case, it was the least I could do. My parents were struggling in making a decision about a stairlift. Doug with Stairlift Medics and his staff were amazing from the start. After answering all of our questions, Doug came out to my parents home personally for the evaluation. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He spent a lot of time going over everything, including the pro and cons of the stairlift and our situation. My father really gave him a run for his money. Needless to say, we went Stairlift Medics and they continued to surprise us. They were on time for their installation, neat & clean and very thorough with the explanation and training on how to use the equipment. Of course my father did not try the stairlift while they were there, but that didn’t stop Stairlift Medics, the following week, Doug reached out, just to check on us and he actually came back out to the home to re train my father on the stairlift. Winning my father over is a feat in itself. I can’t say enough about Doug and the Stairlift Medic staff. They were great and my parents love the stairlift. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a stairlift, to look no further than Stairlift Medics.

  This company and DOUG... gave me the run around, played phone tag, can't leave a message because mailbox is full, told me they would be out between 1 and 2 and was a no show, told them to call me on my cell, they called my house when I told him I would be at work, LEFT WORK to accommodate them being there like they said, never showed, PLAYED PHONE TAG AGAIN, said we will call you back, NEVER DID!! HORRIBLE, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!! And only gave you one star only so I could post this. PATHETIC!!!

  I have been a customer of Stairlift Medics since 2018 and can only speak in superlatives about Doug and his great service to me. He put in a used stairlift for me in 2018. One of the best things about this company is that they ANSWER their phone. A recent example is that my stairlift starting beeping which indicated a problem on Thursday evening and we had to disconnect. I called Stairlift Medics and as usual Doug answered his phone and asked a few questions and asked me to check a few things and call him back. Before I could call him, he called me back and told me he would be out in early afternoon if that was okay with me. He later called to let me know he was running a bit late but did arrive around 4:30 PM on the same day I called. In my case, this was not an emergency but he arrived and completely serviced my stairlift in less than about 45 minutes. Great Service and Fair Prices. Thank you. Doug and Son

  Doug has been a blessing for us more than once. I appreciate his warning us before he blasted the noisy drill🙂. He is all about customer service. He wears a mask while working at our home. Thank you for the great stair lift. My life is easier and safer. Happy holidays.
