Their products are sold through McMaster-Carr. I needed a shaft collar, very odd size and fairly large, to clamp on and fix a sliding problem to keep things in proper position. One that would fit just right was available, shipped out immediately and worked as it should. The collar is very well made, clamps down with a couple of socket head bolts. It's like I had something custom made at a machine shop.
