    The food is always tasty. But the price is exorbitant. I paid over $30 for two bowls of soup, half sandwich, and two small drinks! I mean the food is good, but not 5 star restaurant good.

    Waited in the drive through line for over 1.5 hours for my order and the 1st thing I asked what they were out of before ordering. Finally got to the window and waited another 30 minutes. Finally gave me my order and what I specifically asked if they were out of, now they didn’t have. Now my daughter had no dinner and was more than frustrated as we should have never stopped in the 1st place. I addressed the teenager and told him a manager should really be addressing every car out here and offering a refund or a gift card. They did not even refund me for my missing items. I think they lost a lot of loyal customers tonight. The manager on duty really failed and the kids were doing the best they can. Really bad customer service and not any of the teenagers fault that were working.

    After waiting in drive thru lane at 1:30 pm for 15 min only to be told before ordering my order would take another 15-20 min....what?? Of course, I ordered a kids ham and cheese as try telling a 4 year old we aren't going to get his sandwich. We waited and waited finally getting our order....what is happening to Panera...higher prices and terrible service. Get more help Panera ..this is unaccetable
