    I don’t usually leave reviews but thought I would since I had such a bad drive-thru experience. I am not usually in this area but had an appointment in the area in the late afternoon (definitely after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush). I had ordered a beverage through the app. I waited in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes (almost 20), and the line in front of me never moved one inch. I finally had to go inside. I will never return to this location again.

    I went through the drive thru this evening and was very disappointed. Usually, the service is great and they have great attitudes. That was not the case today. When we got there, there were 3 cars in the drive thru (including us. The other 2 cars had already ordered. We sat there for a few minutes before saying hello, because no one said anything on the intercom. When we got Maddie, their cashier, she had an attitude with us because we had to split the order. She claimed they were backed up. Mind you, the lot is damn near empty, the inside is damn near empty, and the 2 cars HAD ALREADY ORDERED. So we had to wait to order, then wait to do our second order, and wait ten years for her to give the car in front of us their order. She had an attitude the ENTIRE time that she serviced us. We had to ask her to give us our receipts. We didn’t get our rewards. Of course when we looked at our receipts, the receipt number is partially gone so we had to play a guessing game to be able to enter them on the app. I can understand if it’s been a long day, but that’s not the customer’s fault. Do not work in hospitality type jobs if you don’t have any hospitality skills. Keep her in the chef area, she doesn’t need to work in the drive thru anymore. Food was good, but definitely overshadowed by your ignorant, attitude having staff.

    I was impressed with determination and dedication to serving their customers. I am especially impressed with the young woman who prepared the orders. She was professional and curious during a breakfast rush.

    Came there at 7:40pm and they weren't open. I'm diabetic, hungry and feel very inconvenienced, i was really looking forward to this and Ill have to travel to the Bridgeton location 15min away 😪 please update your hours!

    Food ok, but the place is dirty, service ok. It's a shame that all the locations don't have the same cleaning standards. Loved this brand but this location could do better.
