- EEEllenSep 13, 20251.0We ate there Saturday, 9/13, around 3:00 4;00. I had a half of sandwich, salad & an apple. Maybe 3 bites & decided to try the apple. Apple is on plate by the sandwich. A HAIR wrapped around Apple. Blond. That was it, I couldn’t finish sandwich its laying by Apple. I lost my appetite. Told 2 workers, they offered me another Apple or named other things. Told manager lady. All she could say is so sorry. I tried to explain I came in here to eat, lost my appetite with hair, & so sorry. Out meals totaled $30 something dollars so I guess I just ate the money. I wasn’t expecting a free meal but a little courtesy. Was I to lay new apple on same plate hair was on and sandwich touching? Very unprofessional & we will never be returning. Corporate might be interested in this one. Unreal. None of them understood a hair on apple on plate. Like it went over their heads. Was I to wash my own plate off then continue eating? Very bad for a restaurant !! Manager lady didn’t even come look & take plate away! Do you have to be trained for common sense?
