  Went in on a Tuesday at 9:30 am. Three people in line. One cashier, who also prepared her own orders. I waited 20 minutes before someone else finally opened a register. I attempted to order a latte with a pump of chocolate. I was told Panera does not have chocolate sauce anymore! I walked out. Not the first time Panera has disappointed in many ways.

  A-OK St. Louis Bread (Panera) location. If anyone didn’t know this, Panera started in St. Louis as St. Louis Bread Co and then expanded everywhere as Panera. This location still has the St. Louis Bread Co sign on the front of the building. This is an older location, with dated carpet and aging furnishings. The staff were friendly enough, and the place was packed. I enjoyed my Asiago Bagel but the Latte was only okay, I really am not a fan of Panera’s coffee options. A decent chain to grab a quick bite or do some homework/actual work on your laptop, but nothing great for the price.

  This is fictional. It's literally a Panera location which some advertising executive tried to be clever with. If you're visiting the St. Louis area and want to find a local coffee/ bakery, it's not this. Panera, a lie is a lie.

  My husband and I went to the Kennerly location for lunch today. Had a hard time finding a clean booth or table. No one cleaned any the entire time we were there. There were 7 dirty tables when we left and the floors were not clean either. They were not busy! When we left I told a lady at the counter that there were 7 dirty tables. She said she would clean them. Why should you have to tell a restaurant to clean clean their tables and floors?!! It was disgusting.
