  On June 6th, a representative from the company walked in (they usually call to make an appointment) and asked if he could check the fire equipment and replace the date tape (though he did not check the fire extinguishers). He charged us $385, which felt very overpriced. He also claimed that we were paying the same price as before because they had not raised their rates. Due to his dishonesty and lack of transparency, he caused the company to lose a loyal customer who had been with them for a long time.

  Got a quote from a larger company to re-certify a fire extinguisher for $130, this company did it in 2 minutes for $30. Owner was a cool guy and seemed very knowledgable. Thanks for making this easy.
