Where to start maybe that there cardio wing of the hospital is AMAZING!! I spent the weekend here and had to take an ambulance ride from Princeton to here and when I got here my nurse and team was there waiting for me in my room. My first night my nurses name was Magen so kind funny and just very helpful. The next nurse was LeAnn I think that was her name but same she was amazing and very helpful and communicated well with the next nurse to come in and the whole team. I have gone to the Princeton hospital for years for my heart but I think this will be my new place with how amazing the staff and how clean everything was here. The rooms were clean and they came by to clean them everyday and lots of space in there as well. The food was probably the best hospital food I’ve ever had hands down. If you want a warm good experience and professional visit to a hospital this is the one!

Their birthing center is a solid 10/10!! Everyone was so helpful, polite, responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, empathetic, the list of positive things keeps going on and on! If you have any doubts, you shouldn’t. They set you up for success as soon as you leave and will not let you leave if you’re not ready. Very appreciative of everyone that worked with us. *PLEASE RE-OPEN THE 3RD FLOOR SOUTH RAMP DOOR. NOT SURE WHY YOU HAVE ALL PREGNANT MOTHERS WALK THROUGH ALL THE HALLWAYS FROM SOUTH RAMP 2ND FLOOR DOOR. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NEED TO CHANGE THAT ASAP! Highly recommend everything else !

My mother went in for a heart device implant and stayed overnight. The health care staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make my mother comfortable. I would highly recommend the Pacemaker/ICD Clinic at the Heart and Vascular Center.

My partner was told to seek immediate medical attention for the fact he had white stool with slime and blood and severe abdominal pain but after they took his blood and urine sample and stuck an iv drip in him he kept being sent down the wait list even though he was in severe pain. He waited for hours but kept being shoved further down the list even though he was telling them the pain was getting worse. He decided to leave to see medical attention somewhere else but when they took the iv drip put they didnt pay attention and the iv puncture site was bleeding more than it should. They didnt bother to wrap it knowing about issues with bleeding. I had to walk all the way from my home and use medical tape/wrap from my tattoo kit to deal with their mess. Because he didnt feel well looked after at this er to the point he called me to help him (im not licensed nor went to school for it but even biolofe would look at the job they did and tell them off.) The blue medical wrap is my doing (again its from my tattoo supplies). If my partner has to call me because he feels as though his medical emergency is being ignored than theres an issue.

I have never written a bad review before, but this experience deserves one. I went to the CentraCare Emergency Room in St. Cloud and waited 5–6 hours before finally seeing a doctor. The visit lasted maybe 10 minutes and felt dismissive — the doctor even mocked me. I paid my bill and assumed everything was taken care of. Seven months later, I received what looked like a scam text from a company called EPPA. When I called CentraCare, I was told they handle billing for ER doctors — something never mentioned to me at any point. I was also told I’d need to contact EPPA myself to give them my insurance information. That is not acceptable patient communication. When I followed up, I discovered the bill had been submitted under a different doctor’s name. CentraCare staff told me this was because the doctor I actually saw “didn’t have the right credentials.” That is deeply concerning. I tried to get help from CentraCare to sort it out, but was told it was between me and EPPA. I disagree — I sought care from CentraCare, not an unknown third party. CentraCare should take responsibility for the companies representing them and how they treat patients. Between the lack of communication, dismissive care, and the confusing and misleading billing practices, I have lost trust in CentraCare. Patients deserve transparency and basic respect — especially after an emergency visit.
