This is a roach trap. We are clean people, but our apartment is full of roaches. It's disgusting to walk into the kitchen and find roaches everywhere. Pest control can't seem to get rid of them. The buildings here are old and decrepit and in constant need of repair. They need to be torn down. There are only two maintenance personnel for over 200 units. Not a good combo. Moving here was a big mistake! Anyone thinking about moving here should look elsewhere. BTW, anyone can walk around the security gates and gain access to the property.

St. Andrews Apartments has been an incredible home for my family. From day one, we've been impressed by the strong sense of community. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes all the difference.
Most importantly, the management team is outstanding. They are responsive, professional, and truly take care of their tenants. Any time we've had a maintenance request or a question, it's been handled quickly and efficiently. It's clear they want residents to have a positive experience.
We feel safe, cared for, and happy here. If you're looking for a place that feels like a true community, look no further than St. Andrews!

St. Andrews Apartment Homes engages in unethical billing practices that feel like nothing more than a money grab. I discovered I was being charged monthly for Confirm Insurance even though I already had my own valid policy that was required by them to move in. Only after significant effort on my end I was able to receive a refund.
Now, they have added another charge mid-lease for “common-area electricity” fee that is not authorized in my current lease agreement. It is only stated in the lease that’s scheduled to renew October 15, 2025; Yet these charges have already appeared on my portal. This shows a pattern of creating and adding frivolous fees simply to generate income, regardless of whether they are contractually binding.
Tenants should not have to fight to reverse unlawful or deceptive charges. Future residents PLEASE BE WARNED: check your statements carefully and READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY. These practices raise serious concerns about transparency, fairness, and integrity in how this property is managed.

My boyfriend and I moved to The St. Andrew’s from out of state, and it was the perfect first home in Georgia. The property managers, Siobhan and Arad, made a great impression from the start. They’re incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the community.
The complex itself is peaceful, well kept, and felt super safe the entire time we lived there. If I didn’t work over in Kennesaw (long commute), we definitely would’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and well run place to live.
