  I’ve had such a great experience living here thanks to the amazing staff — Victoria, Khori, Amber, Karen, and Yudi. They’re always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help with anything I need. Whether it’s maintenance requests, questions about the community, or just a friendly greeting in the office, they always make me feel welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their residents the way they do. Big thanks to all of them for making this place feel like home!

  Toured a 1-bedroom with a den. The unit was spacious, and beautifully appointed. The agent at the property (Karen) was attentive, articulate, and very understanding of my needs... I mentioned wanting a view of the beautiful courtyard, she accommodated. I asked if direct views of the pool area could be avoided (I work from home, and the noise in the summertime could be a distraction), again she accommodated. Overall, the entire facility is post-card stunning, and well cared for. The staff members (especially Karen) actually listen to your needs, and make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. I'll be going back to look at a 2-bedroom (using the 2nd bedroom as an office). Location, layout, attentive staff... all boxes checked! You can't go wrong with this place.

  Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Ms. Karen for the lovely tour — she was professional, delightful, and extremely informative. The amenities truly exceeded my expectations: the two beautiful pools are a huge bonus (especially since my kids love to swim), and the three fitness centers make it feel like you’re working out in a top-tier gym. I’m so grateful for the warm welcome and the impressive facilities!

  Toured a two bedroom with my kids. We all know how challenging that can be, but the office staff was very friendly. Especially Karen, she made us feel very welcomed. Super knowledgeable. She answered every question we had. I can definitely see us moving in. The layout was nice and spacious. Love the keyless doorknobs and the fact that they have more than one gym!

  I moved into St. Andrews last week, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The move-in process was completely seamless and stress-free. After a long day of unpacking, I was able to unwind and relax by the pool — one of the main reasons I was drawn to the community in the first place. The location is ideal for my work, and I've already had the chance to explore several nearby restaurants with amazing food. In my post-move exhaustion, I made the rookie mistake of forgetting to reset the outlet in my bathroom and ended up submitting a work order. The maintenance team responded promptly and was both helpful and kind, even taking the time to welcome me to the community. I'm so happy to be living in Pearland and proud to call St. Andrews my new home.
