  Went in store , all merchandise on pallets not stocked. No workers, cause they lazy.

  I had great experiences with this place up until now. I picked up several will calls with out an issue and a sample here and there. Spending Mabye five, ten minuets at most there. Even with a line of trucks. Everyone was very friendly. I always wore a mask due to all their signs posted. (It’s funny though that nobody is wearing a mask there during all my visits. No one.) This morning I came in simply for a pipe jack. No body is wearing a mask. I forgot mine, I was told to stand behind the table because I didn’t have one. I then asked for an additional sample to be handed to me. The female rep at this point being quiet blunt told me to wait outside, this could take a while and that she could not give me one of the stack of samples because they were “saving them”. (The order was emailed prior) I insisted that letting me have one sample board surely couldn’t hurt when I have had no issue prior. She said please wait in your vehicle. To their credit they did bring me a sample board. Just frustrating experience that could have been handled better. The other experiences have been excellent

  I had worst experience I’ve ever had at any building supplier. This was and will be our last time there. The manager Bethany or I at least I think that’s her name was the rudest manager I’ve ever come across in my whole life. From the moment me and my father pulled up we were greeted with a very condescending “there’s a line” from Bethany, and we said oh okay and then again with her condescending voice she asked if we had an account, we said no and she said well you need one and then walked away, when she walked back my father asked her how do we make an account, she turned her back to us and walked away again ignoring us completely. She literally walked around her whole yard trying to avoid us. So I told my father go wait in line and I’ll go inside to try and figure out how to make an account, so I tried to go inside and all of sudden she wants to be face to face with me telling me to go in line, I keep telling her I just wanna know how to make an account and keeps saying to go in line. She finally is willing to go inside and grab me a paper telling me how to make an account, of course she does a few laps around the yard and walk and talk trying to avoid me for 10 minutes. I have to walk up to her and she then gives the paper to me, only to read on the paper “We are at a 24 hour pickup time (When order is Entered, Printed and Ready). So it appears to me we wouldn’t of even been able to get the materials we need until 24 hours after making an account and emailing a material order. What a waste of time. Coming from an owner and co-owner of a business, that women’s attitude will bring your business down with it.
