- LWL & M Shrink WrapOct 25, 20231.0I have been in the building trades for over 30 years. In that time I a have used several different suppliers. Wimsatt being one of the top. In the last 5 years Wimsatt (Especially Waterford location) is a standing joke. The lack of ambition for the customer is a real joke. I walk in, not a single customer in the building and they sit at the deck like children with no direction. I went in to get 2 square of shingles and 5 pcs of siding. It took 30 minutes from the time i pulled in to the time i pulled out. Not 1 customer in the yard either. This seems to be very consistent now. Most of us waiting at our vehicles talk about the complete disappointment. In closing i will never go back and our account will be closed. Oh and to try to get to someone in management that actually cares??????? Forget it...
