  Customer service is rude. We scheduled and everything was ready to go. 2 days before they had a lady call and she had an attitude. Telling me my appointment time was wrong. I don’t know how somebody else can tell me I’m wrong when I always schedule everything early in the morning so I can actually enjoy my Saturday. They changed the times and tried to act like I was the problem. These guys are a joke and customer service is subpar. Call anyone else but these guys because they’ll be nice when you’re gonna give them your credit card but when you’re all signed up for service, they really don’t care about customer service. .

  What a fantastic store with people who are so willing to help and knowledgeable about sprinkler systems! My girls especially loved Mack the Golden Retriever who was the sweetest boy and knew his job the moment we walked in.

  Glad to have found them. VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I got a little piece that was not available at self serve big box.
