  Bought a channel lock tool to fix my sprinkler screen filter. Asked before I left what the return policy was because tool was in plastic casing that you have to destroy packaging to get out the tool. Told as long as I had receipt they would take it. When it didn’t work for me and I brought it back they would not accept it the same day with receipt and same guy who sold it to me. Will no longer do business with them.

  Had an issue with a filter for our sprinkler system. We were leaving the next morning for a trip and I had to get it fixed ASAP. Was helped by John and explained the situation. He initially said I’d need to buy an entire housing assembly. When he started checking me out it was going to be $120. He then thought some more and recommended trying something else. The cost? $1.59. I came home, tried the cheaper solution out and it’s working like a charm! Thanks John for being an excellent example of looking out for the customer!
