  Well let’s start by saying Trent is a real problem. He clearly doesn’t know how to customers and was rude before I even got in the building as I told him I need to do a return how many gives me a whole mouthful of attitude and walk away from me without saying another word and then continue after he apparently does a bathroom leak to give him more attitude when he comes back out, questioning you attitude that I don’t need as a customer. This guy shouldn’t be here or could use some serious customer centric training…will not do business with a place that lets people act like that. If you want some good service I would recommend talking to cullen he is helpful and polite
