  Put in the request to get a valve repair overnight. Got a call first thing in the morning and had them there within a couple hours. Quick response and did a great job.

  Extortionists is how they should be described . Beware of their quotes. They more than doubled mine with technicians constantly finding extra problems They sent the final invoice with more than double the initial quote without approval from us or the company that created a simple problem of cut wires while installing a water line. The system was functioning perfectly before the cut but Sprinkler pros technicians kept telling us of new issues after they issued a quote for their so called “diagnosis”. The worst of their business practice was to leave the job site and threaten to leave the job unfinished because we did not agree with them telling us that the whole system was faulty. Who knows what they would have charged if we had believed them. And after all this they send us an invoice for their initial diagnosis of which we were never told when the quote was issued. Please do not use this company ever. If you do, make sure you get a guarantee and if they find additional problems do not believe them. Unfortunately I had to hire them because our regular sprinkler guy was very ill. .When he came to check on this after this fiasco, he could not believe our story. Neither can any of my neighbors. In our years of being homeowners we have never seen such terrible business practices and such poor quality of technicians and front office people. We finally paid under duress and fatigue of harassment. Terrible experience
