  Love this company! Easy to make an appointment online, they arrived at my home early, and quickly fixed the leaky valves in my sprinkler valve box! Very knowledgeable and I’ll definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended Sprinkler Medix!

  After attempting to fix things DIY style, I replaced the parts I could and figured I needed someone with more exposure. Got quotes to completely replace 2 valves and the day of there was so many mishaps with their communication and they actually not only replaced PART of the valves but replaced them on the WRONG valves. Didn’t call me back for 6-7 hours and after attempting to reconnect, they never called back. Update: I was called about a week after attempting to reconnect. They came out to fix whatever the issue was at no cost. The technician had some personal issues going on in their life and though communication was poor, they did try quite hard to make amends. We received this bouquet later in the fall. I give 4 stars from the combo of the previous experience combined with the fact that there was a valiant attempt to make things right.

  This is the second time we have used these folks! The guys that were here Gibson and Carson were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to provide the services we needed! I won’t be calling anyone else when we need help!

  The tech came out, went through all of the lawn sprinklers, adjusted what could be adjusted and flagged those that needed to be replaced. He not only addressed our concerns, as well as answering all of our questions, he also pointed out why he was making the changes he did. He returned a few days later. Replaced the flagged heads and adjusted the new heads, and as if by magic the lawn is quickly improving. It was something I should have done a long time ago, calling a company that is in business to do the best job for the customer. Thank you.
