Located in Springfield, Illinois, Spring Creek Townhomes offers pet-friendly two and three bedroom townhomes with a wide variety of amenities for comfortable Midwest living. Every Spring Creek resident enjoys quick and easy access to shopping, public transportation, dining, and proximity to Downtown Springfield and Veterans Parkway as well as these other amenities.
Cats and dogs are welcome. We have no breed restrictions or weight limits. Each unit is limited to two pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 per pet. There is an additional monthly fee of $25 per pet.

- RJRogue JonesMar 23, 20251.0If you want to lease a unit with a 1990s look with old appliances. Carpet that doesnt come clean no matter what you do to revive it. A shower that leaks to the kitchen after a ten minute shower leaving a puddle in the kitchen! Then this is the place for you. You want your front room to be a cold as outside in winter? Look no further!! This place is not family friendly quite the opposite actually. Maybe it was because i was a new renter i paid first and last month security deposit $1800!!!! Almost forgot best part my patio door came with a broken lock do yall know they used a piece of wood to use as a door stopper.
