The manager and Noah Doesn’t know anything kept telling me they can’t look up orders unless you bought it through their location But had me trying to go through corporate To waste my time And then had me calling other locations, trying to find out if I bought it through any of them Because of telling me they can’t find my receipt and can’t look it up if I didn’t buy it through them which I did And on the receipt shows their store And kept on telling me I didn’t buy it through them and I did and they also said I didn’t have the warranty Which shows on the receipt So I went to corporate And they helped me out and refunded it for how I was treated and had to go through corporate to get help And had them call the cops and security on me And Trespassed me That place should be shut down or I should get a lifetime card to buy anything I want For that Like I bought it through them, I have the receipt and they still treated me like they did Ruined my whole day and trying to fish. If Sportsmans reads this again, thank you to the support team, but how Noah and the manager are treating me. They should both be Fired And the girl that was there I didn’t get her name But for her trying to help me out and how nice she was, she should become the boss or manager And Noah and the boss should be fired I can’t reply back to You guys’s comment so that’s why I have to edit this

Jared is quite the manager to say the least. I bought a pair of waders from their store in IN. Drove 15 hours to fly fish and they started leaking after 1 day of use here in CO. Brought them in with no receipt. That was a BIG mistake as he had to look it up. “It cost a lot of resources and time when customers don’t have their receipts.” If 10 minutes is gonna make or break their “not a billion dollar company” they have got a whole lot more problems than a pair of defective waders. He was quite positive I wore them without boots. Told him I would go get them out of the truck if really wanted to see them. After I told him that he told me “We do not want business from customers who are hostile”. I guess telling Jared I would prove him wrong is hostile. Once I got my new waders and brought them up to the counter. I would have to pay a $60 difference because of “the difference in wages from Indiana and Colorado.” I told him that made no sense and said he would take care of it. He made very sure I knew “he was going above and beyond” he told me that 5 times as we went through this process. Jared, I appreciate what you did but I DO NOT recommend anyone buy from here. Cabela’s is right down the road and they have the policy of a billon dollar company, that’s what makes them a billon dollar company.
