- KPKami Pineda3 days ago1.0WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE! Bought a gun waited 10 days. Pulled up and told me they can’t give me my gun because they incorrectly put in my middle name and first name therefore having to re-do the paperwork and wait 10 days again. Took my money somewhere else. Guy at the counter said this wasn’t the first time this week. What a joke. Definitely none of them were helpful to this situation.

- JKJon KempOct 11, 20251.0im not surprised this place has such low ratings. I bought something online, and they made me wait 90 mins while serving other folk who turbed up without appointments. I was 2nd then first in the que on their digital checkin system for 90 mins. it was deliberate. there was one guy who was really good, and he was the one who could administer the gun safety test. I was going to purchase additional items too, but no way will I give Sportsman's any more of my money...ever

- AAarcySep 27, 20252.0Came in after work just to pick up some bbs and co2. I thought I would be in and out fairly quickly. I look around the store a bit, couldnt find the airsoft stuff. I go to the cashier to see if he knows. He was friendly, he let me know they just reorganized the whole store so he doesnt really know. He advised me to ask the guys in the back. While I walk to the guys in the back, im looking to see if I could find it on my own - still nothing. The guys in the back are dealing with customers who are purchasing real firearms. Keep in mind im not really a gun guy, I just wanna know where the airsoft stuff is. I dont mind, im a patient guy. But damn dude like these guys take forever, and I felt like I was bothering these guys with my little airsoft question. After like 20 mins I finally reached a guy in the back, and he told me word for word "uhhh they just reorganized the whole store so I dont really know. They might be in these two aisles but if you dont see em we havent put them out yet." Like dude ive been here for almost 40 mins at this point. I took one last search around the store, nada. I walked out with nothing. Staff were friendly, not very helpful though. Im going to Big 5.
