Joe was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose and buy my gun. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I truly appreciate Joe’s professionalism and the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

Better to buy from the source then to get tax alil more from Independent store. Worst part is they can't ship ammo to their own stores! For example if Visalia stores has the ammo, then they won't ship it from their to fresno store lol. Make no sense to keep holding inventory if it's not being sold quick from a certain store!

They'd purposely prioritize new customers that were non-immigrant and ignore all the immigrant customers despite them having been there for hours. As I continued to be skipped in line (their staff ignores their own queue system), I ended up talking to 3 other customers who were in the same boat and being actively ignored. No gun is worth giving these poorly trained, bigoted staff your business.
