They shipped to wrong store so I had to cancel and reorder. 2nd order: They didn't apply my military discount, so I had to cancel and reorder. 3rd order: The Murrieta store refused my guns on delivery, thinking they were my previous canceled orders. Honestly, the most professionally incompetent experience I've ever been through. And now waiting for over $3k of refunds. (They get 2 stars for still having in store prices that beat Turners by a mile. But ordering from them is a circus show.)

No problem, I will wait. 5:45pm when the bald head guy behind the counter was done, he kept BS with the customer then finally comes to me and tells me it’s too late to do the paperwork. Then tries to tell me if I was here earlier he would do it. I said I was here at 5:30pm and then tries to tell me I’m lying and I wasn’t here at 5:30pm. Very poor customer service. This Sportsman Warehouse is known for this and is 1 of the reasons I don’t shop here unless the deal is too good to pass on.

- CGChristopher GomezJul 28, 20252.0I brought my brand new Shimano Saragosa 20000 reel and Shimano Terez setup to be spooled with 400 yards of 80# Power Pro braid. The fishing manager assisted me. The day of my big fishing trip I discovered no tape was used on my backing, so I was unable to fish. A very rookie mistake the other anglers told me, not something to be expected from the fishing department manager. In the end, I ended up taking my setup to Turner’s in Norwalk where they fixed the issue. No hard feelings towards Sportsman’s Warehouse, aside from the error they were very friendly.
