I showed them the charge in my bank and they said it should be refunded within a day or two. I didn’t get a receipt and ended up having to fight with the bank for two weeks to get my money back. The kid helping me was nice and apologetic but the lady that seemed like a manager was rude and didn’t care at all.
- TYTom YagiSep 1, 20251.0I generally like to go into this store, however, today the cashier was a poor representative of this business. 2:45 pm, 9/1/2025, I walked thru the zigzag to check out, there was no other customer checking out. The cashier, mature male, sat on his chair and watched until I got to the register. He then,slowly put his phone away, stood and made his way to the register. In the middle of the transaction, someone came up and asked a question, instead of telling that person that he would help them after completing my transaction, he stopped to tell them where to go for returns. Also, in the middle of my transaction, he reached into his bag of jerky to grab a snack. This guy should not be in front of the people who keep the business open.
