It took almost 2 hours to pick up handguns. I had to get my cell phone out of my car to retrieve work orders. Shane went out of his way to make things right. I also made an appointment thru there website. What a waste of time.

Moving all of the ammo behind the gun counter seems like a major oversight. As I understand it, theft was a major issue so they made the decision to move all ammo out of customer reach. When I’m not sure exactly which shot shell I want, I need to be able to read the boxes to make a decision. The already understaffed gun counter is now tasked with helping customers with ammo too? I was greeted fairly promptly but then the employee got paged over the intercom and left me hanging before I could select my ammo. I stood there a few minutes and realized I wasn’t going to get what I needed anytime soon with a line of people waiting on the 2 counter attendants. Do better Sportsman’s.

A consistent line of 7-8 people. They have 1 guy working the registers. I went in to get my hunting license. Guy at the register didn't have a log in for hunting. The 4 employees working there that I saw didn't have log ins for the hunting licenses. They paged apparently the only person with a log in in the entire store several times. Waited 15 mins and no one showed up. Went over to Ranch and Home and they helped me right when I walked in. And they were busier than Sportsmans

I went into Sportsmans to get some camping gear for my trip and I could not for the life of me find anybody until a kind young lady helped me out i believe her name was Mya. Finally I found what I needed and when I got to the cash registers after what felt like 10 minutes of waiting in line. The cashier was just god awful she was super impatient and disrespectful I wish I caught her name but she had blonde hair and glasses.

Shout out Luis and Jose over at the gun counter. Any time I come for a purchase they are always very curious and helpful no matter how busy they get back there. Appreciate everything they do!
