I wanted to know more information on trail cams. I asked a few different employees to explain the difference in trail cam brands etc and I was told nobody in the store knows anything regarding them. The cost would have been 299 for 2 cameras. Not paying that much with no help on how they work

Products and prices are what they are but this store is severely understaffed. This causes a poor customer service experience. This is particularly apparent at the firearms counter. The understaffing is so bad that making an appointment is irrelevant.

Terrible service at the gun counter. Took an hour and a half to pick up a pistol I already paid for with only one person in line and 3 people at the counter

The average wait time for anything firearms related is 56 minutes, and another 50+ minutes to get whatever you need completed. They blame it on "Washington requirements", but it's simply because their staff is egregiously slow and incompetent at their job. If you go, plan to arrive at least 2 hours in advance to get anything done. If not, then go elsewhere. I would be professionally embarrassed if I worked here.

I went there today on Labor Day to buy a Duck stamp and a discovery pass. Worst customer service I have ever had. Store was empty to employees were at the register and both were rude when I asked to buy a duck stamp, which they don’t have a a discovery pass. The one employee said my register is broke and said go the other one, so I did he said we don’t have duck stamps and 35 dollars for a discovery pass. I paid for the pass and he didn’t say a word I said thank you and he just looked at me and I left. I will make the drive to bass pro shop or sportco from now on.
