Opened in 2017, Sportsman’s Warehouse in Yuma, AZ is near the Lower Colorado River and Yuma Palms. National gunsmithing services are now available! If you like hunting, we’re here to get you all set up with everything you need. Popular pursuits include dove, deer, sheep, javelina, quail, and coyote. If fishing is more your speed, we have all of your tackle to catch the bass or catfish that you’re after. We also carry plenty of supplies for hiking, camping, kayaking, canoeing, and shooting sports. Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 10-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. No matter the weather or time of year, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. While you’re in the area, be sure to check out local events like the Yuma County Fair, Silver Spur Rodeo, and Midnight at the Oasis Car Show.

- ETEric Tang4 days ago2.0Bought item online, went to pick it up at the store but it wasn't ready for pick up. Ask if they could get it and process the order but they said it couldn't be done. They had 4 of the items on the shelf. We had to cancel the online order and had to purchase one from the shelf. Lot more work. They need to rethink the process as it seemed highly inefficient.

Their customer service is on point — they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and make every transaction smooth and professional. They truly care about their customers and represent the store well. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the manager. He’s consistently negative, starts helping customers only to walk away mid-conversation, and rarely offers any real assistance. It’s frustrating to watch, and it clearly affects both customers and employees. I’ve overheard associates complaining about how often they have to call him back over the speaker because he leaves people waiting. That’s not how a manager should lead. It’s obvious the rest of the team is over his behavior — most customers, myself included, prefer to deal with anyone else in the store. When your own staff avoids their manager, that says a lot about the work environment and leadership. I’ve noticed that many of the negative reviews mention the same issue with this manager, which shows this isn’t an isolated complaint. It’s time for upper management or ownership to take action and address the problem before more loyal customers decide to take their business elsewhere. The rest of the team deserves better leadership, and so do the customers.

As soon the employee was done with the one customer, I looked over to him and they just had their back turned to me and took off their vest and told another employee who was stalking shelves that their going to break. Never even acknowledged me. Cmon man, at least ask if I wanted to look or something.
