- SGS GOct 1, 20251.0I wish I could give a 0 or a minus stars to this outfit. They are not accredited by the BBB for good reason. Expect to be ignored by the salesmen. If you have the bad luck of getting a salesman, make sure you’ve done you homework on the item (gun) you are interested in because they won’t volunteer any knowledge they have, if any. Also, read ALL the return policies. There are several and finding one specific to merchandise you are buying is going to take a while. Patiently read through all of them. Even after that, there is a disclaimer stating that they can decline or limit returns or exchanges. This is another thing your salesman will not part any knowledge of. In my case, I got rooked on the Byrna Compact Launcher. They are really pushing this weapon. Even have a booth set up where they will demonstrate it for you, (but I was not offered a demonstration). It is also an item they will not refund, exchange or make partial buy-back on. The reasoning? It is a non-lethal weapon. They got me good as this is a $550 weapon.
- SJscott jeffriesSep 25, 20251.0There are problems with their inventory system. Ordered online from 2 different locations which showed the desire item on sale and in stock. Instead of recieving a confirmation/pick up notification I recieve an e-mail stating the item will be shipped to the store. A week later both orders were cancelled by SW due to "inventory shortages." Makes one question if the item was ever in stock.
