- JJJen Jennings2 days ago1.0I have spent so much money over the years at Sportime. Set up a $220 private lesson yesterday for a child who woke up this morning with COVID. Andrew, the manager who I spoke to on the phone, refused to credit the lesson. He could not care less about spreading COVID. Just wants to take my $ instead of issuing credit for future lesson. I guess he likes having sick kids running around the club. When pushed, he told me to get a letter from a physician and submit which I have done. I can understand charging for cancelled lessons but not making the one off exception for illness (COVID no less) is errant on their part. It's the ethos at Sportime that turns me off. It is an uncaring $ making machine that doesn't care about the people.

Yes! Reserve courts, host a pickleball event, participate in programs, lessons or clinics.
Do I have to be a SPORTIME member to play?
While you need to be a tennis or pickleball member to participate in instructional and league programs, you do not need to be a member to reserve court-time or to participate in open play sessions and events. SPORTIME members receive advanced reservation privileges, reciprocity at other SPORTIME Pickleball locations, and a variety of other benefits.
If I am already a SPORTIME tennis member do I need a Pickleball membership?
No. If you are currently a SPORTIME tennis member, you are entitled to all Pickleball benefits and privileges at any of our SPORTIME Pickleball locations.
