About

Public Swimming PoolWater Park
The Splash Zone opened in 2005. It has a three pool layout and offers recreation, exercise, and fun for all ages. Our pool and water park is one of our newest features in Jacksonville. We offer fun for all ages with the many activities in our facility which features a plunge pool with two water slides, a water tunnel, umbrella-shaped rain drop, and dew drop water showers, Splashdome, water blasters, and a dual racer slide. Concessions are available. Handicap accessible. Due to limited space, groups (i.e. day cares) of 10 or more people coming during regular business hours need to schedule trips to Splash Zone to ensure space availability. To schedule call 501-982-7946. There is a concession stand and lockers that may be rented by the day.

My nephew had his 9 year old birthday party here after hours. His parents rented the place for 2 hours and everyone had an excellent time. There were plenty of lifeguards on duty, and everything went off without a hitch. I can not attest to what it is like on a public day because I've only been the one time and it was a private party.

Starting raining and lightning as soon as we arrived with nothing on forecast. Kids never were allowed to swim. Tried to get money back and was not given any consideration given the situation. It clearly states no refunds, but we never even swam so I felt like this should have been different. Was told it would only last ten minutes and no rain checks bc they are not closing. 🤷🏼‍♂️ second picture is ten minutes after I was told! 😂An hour after arrival, we still haven’t been able to swim! Seven and eleven year olds don’t understand like adults. Disappointed is an understatement for our first visit ever!
