SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats: Founded in 2007, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats specializes in private, customized retreats for individuals, couples, and families. Our retreats happen seven days a week all though-out the year. In addition, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats offers group retreats open to the public. These group events take place mid-month and provide a group setting. Lastly, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats offers day packages or single spa treatments & activities selected from our ala carte menu. Our retreats are holistic and non-denominational. We emphasize health and wellness for all people.

Barbara, Troy and my massage therapist Cassie were phenomenal and helped me take a solid step towards self-empowered peace, love, and joy with every breath rooted in self-love and mutually respectful love. The morning sessions were exceptionally insightful (I like to think I’m that already), poignant, and revelatory in a safe space among like-minded people (all lovely women in our case). The afternoon outdoor sessions were powerful and rejuvenating in inspiring locations. They were respectful of all spiritual beliefs which was refreshing; including Christianity. You couldn’t ask for a better backdrop to it all than in Sedona, AZ. Having never been to a meditation retreat or Sedona, I know I’ll be back. For everyone on a journey for self-love, wholistic alignment and embracing and letting go of your past that prevents realization of your true and best self, SpiritQuest is an empowering first step. Oh and the massages…on another level and not your typical spa type…way better! Blessings to them and all who enter their loving portals. Mid October weather is amazing. Don’t forget your mosquito repellant, sunscreen, and water. They are moving so looking forward to seeing their new location next time!
