I have several herniated discs and cortisone shots did not provide any relief. After several weeks of decompression the radiating pain and stabbing pain had lessened. Now with maintenance decompression I am doing the activities I love and getting up from sitting no problem. I am so thankful not to be looking at surgery. Decompression works.
