- JSJohn SomflethDec 17, 20211.0Horrible establishment disgusting inside people sleeping all throughout the laundromat also saw a cockroach running across the table we're you fold your dry clothes had trouble with the washers called the owner and text them he came in a half hour later blantley ignored me and my wife as we tried to explain the problem just continued collecting his money from the machines didn't once offer to refund us for the terrible job the washers did while washing our clothes very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I'd rather hand wash my clothes in my bathtub than ever return here

I very much appreciated such a quick and kind response. Thank you so much! Yes. I will be going back there. -Last night.... Locked my clothes needed for work the next morning In washer. Ate the money first, ($5.75.) Left multiple messages with no reply wasted an hour and a half and my clothes and money are still being held hostage there. No attendant or person closing. Doors just lock automatically. Oh yeah. Did I mention that these were work clothes that were needed today. I'm flaming mad about this. I want my money I want my clothes I want them right now I have no backups. And if the doors lock automatically at closing time does that mean they unlock automatically when it's open again. Will the machine unlock . Will my clothes disappear? Is there any attendant anytime? Please define calling back as soon as you are able.

Anything could have happened, and there would have been no witnesses. Other than that (and a restroom that was out of order), the machines were functional.
