Everyone was super friendly and explained everything in a way that made sense. The Jeep runs and stops perfectly now! Really appreciate the quick turnaround and honest service — it’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days. Definitely recommend Spikes to anyone needing solid, reliable work done on their vehicle.

While my mother and I were traveling from Charlotte, NC to New Orleans, LA our car ran hot and resulted in us needing the radiator replaced. - RPRichard ParkerOct 12, 20252.0The inside guys were very nice and professional. The guy who worked on my car not so much. I went for a oil change and I had a coupon for a free 50 point inspection. The bigger white guy who was working on my car, showed me a potential issue. He proceeds to tell me this will snap eventually, while he's shaking it as hard as he can as if he wants to break it so I have to get the repair. That was very unprofessional. I never got my 50 point inspection. I even emailed them the next day to see if I could get my 50 point inspection results and a estimate on the repair they suggested. It's been 3 days and no answer. You only got 2 stars because of the nice gentleman in the office
