  Every time I come in it takes 20-40 minutes for a toasted bagel because the “toaster isn’t working well”. At some point over the course of 3 months you fix this. I’d go to other locations *edit i got my bagel after waiting and it wasn’t even toasted, epic fail. Love spielman, not this location.

  Service and food is absolutely wonderful!!!! We love it here and go as much as we can. Only sad part is they run out of Gluten Free super fast, and a couple times we found out after ordering:/ really love it overall though!

  If I could summarize how I felt eating these bagels, it would be “meh”. For all the hype I was expecting significantly better bagels than what’s in the area (which isn’t much) but if you’ve been to New York this will not scratch that itch unfortunately.
