  Nice bagel place. Love that their bagels are really dark and have a great crust on them. Great flavor too highly recommend

  How can it possibly take 15 minutes to toast a bagel? There are currently four other customers in the entire store.

  Every single time I have ordered from here or dined in, it takes a long time. Even ordering ahead of time, so I don't have to wait, arriving when the app says it's ready and waiting another 10 mins. The food is good, the staff is good, their logistics is not good.

  I found this place on too good to go. And I picked up a variety of bagels 🥯. They were very good and recommended them to anyone you won't be disappointed

  I never write reviews but unfortunately had an absolutely terrible experience here. My bagel was cold— the cheese was not melted at all and overall it tasted awful. Another bagel in our order was made wrong and the staff member gave me sass, literally rolling her eyes at me, and tried to make me pay for it again. For a plain bagel with cream cheese. They completely forgot our coffees AND the remade bagel. Shame because the Spielman’s on SE Division is one my favorite spots in Portland. The quality here is markedly poorer. Save yourself the pain and go to the one in SE.
