  Our friends catered food from this restaurant recently for a family and friends celebration. The buffet and ready to order palappams were delicious. Afterwards they made the guests ginger chai and served cake. Each and every employee was kind and efficient in serving the dozens of guests present. The beef roti, biryanis, chicken curry, cutlets, mango lassi and paalappam were all cooked perfectly. Looking forward to coming back.

  Tried their weekend buffet and it was good. Not too spicy and different than south Indian dishes. The wait staff mentioned about Friday evening to be more party style.

I first came across you through Derana Chatura’s interview and saved your contact number back then—but I never imagined I’d one day visit your restaurant, especially since I live all the way in Michigan. What truly amazed me was learning that you drove all the way from Texas to cater an event for the University of Colombo alumni in the Detroit suburbs—over 1,175 miles, nearly 18-20 hours of driving one way. That level of commitment and dedication speaks volumes about your character. When I mentioned my upcoming arrival to DFW, you immediately offered help with transportation. And when I stepped into your restaurant, even amidst your busy schedule, I could feel how genuinely you cared about making sure I was welcomed and looked after. In the short time I spent there—just 30 to 45 minutes—I noticed how warmly you treat every customer, like an old friend. It’s clear that you’re working tirelessly to promote Sri Lankan cuisine and proudly represent Sri Lanka through your work. I truly admire your passion and effort. I’ve also heard glowing feedback about your long-distance catering events. To all Sri Lankans across the U.S., I strongly recommend your services—because clearly, distance is no barrier when it comes to the quality and dedication you bring.
