And flood because we waited too long to report it however we couldn't report it because we didn't know what's happening until it was too late. We saw the leak got it fixed. Didn't see all the mold damage till later on when dissecting more of the house and they refuse to claim leaving us with a $32,000 repair that every other homeowners insurance covers.The remwdiatiin company said tehy have never seen any policy deny the job in the yeaes of their buisness
