- VCVince CAug 11, 20251.0Ive been coming to this place for about 20 years to vacuum my car. This morning, I decided to come and vacuum my car and I pull up to the same spot Ive been using. Granted, there was a sign that says "free vacuum for customers only" BUT there was also a sign that says "quarters only to start. Deposit $1" Since everything looked updated, freshly painted signs on the ground, I assumed it was a new thing where youd pay after you vacuumed and that customers who would get their car washed wouldnt have to pay. I was wrong. When I pulled up to "pay," I was told repeatedly to read the sign. I responded multiple times that there was a sign that said deposit quarters. He asked where and so I told him to go there and see. Granted, he let me go but as I was going, he kept telling me that I need to read signs. Please remove that sign if youve changed your ways. Its misleading, confusing and just not right.

Still bird poop on the care and the wheels were still dirty, despite having paid for the wheel cleaning service. No one dried my car afterwards because the station was empty. On top of all of this, they, without asking me, put tape on my car for reasons I will never understand. Manager refused to make amends and refused to take ownership. I offered many ways to resolve the issue to no avail. The manager was rude (got my car washed at about 3:30 PM on August 7, 2025), no one offered solutions. It was an absolutely horrible experience. Please don’t waste your money.
